She knows how I come to have her address. She asked on the forum for ranitidine for her dog because it was the medication she was told to give it and it had been withdrawn from sale due to contamination scares. I had some and offered to send it to her and she PMd me her address so I could do that.

I used to get this from vet for dogs tum, but she put me onto Zantac as cheaper alternative. That has now been banned. Anyone use anything similar, can the vet still prescribe it for the dog ? I could just get Zantac over the counter but will have to make a vet visit for anything else.

Thats a nice idea. I hope she is ok. I think I remember being involved in a collection for her when she was first ill. I can not remember who organised it now though.

It was my idea/suggestion but Leo Walker took over the organising for various reasons at that time.
There was a forum member who knew PL in real life, that's how I got the address, but she stopped posting on here after some horrible goings on. I can try to track her down via my PMs/FB and find out if she's heard from PL recently.
If ycbm has PLs contact details all good and a card is a lovely idea. I hope that PL is OK.

I don't have her address to hand, I'll have to trawl through PMs. Happy to send a card if you want to ping address or wait until I can find it. LW sent the parcels but signed it from everyone who contributed. But yeah not a drama to get a card in the post
