Dog gone for a trial visit

I posted the card recorded at 11.57am. I added all the posters mentioned in my last post and everyone "new" who liked it or posted/PMd after that point until 11.45am today. I did say in the card that it was from all of HHO plus the 94 names.

I added my email and mobile number to the wee letter, my address was already on it, and not to hesitiate to get in touch if there was anything at all any of us could do to help. I added that I could put PL in touch with any of her HHO friends rather than her having to deal with me.

Between myself and Rowreach I think we've found someone who knows PL in real life, we've got it narrowed down to two people so just waiting to hear back from them 🤞

The card should be delivered tomorrow so I'll update when it's signed for. I hope that PL is OK and has her friends around her.

That's the same person we're trying to find. They were Dancing Diva but I missed thr new post/iser name. Could someone PM /has someone PMd her to ask after PL? Thanks

It has, but not by PL. I think the postie has tried to be helpful so signed for it and put it through the door.



ETA: the "signature" was 3 initals and none of them were PL's. The assumption that it was the postie is mine only and i dont have any proof as to who signed for it.



Just for info the person who knows PL is going to get in touch when they know how PL is.

it did but in our area it has changed back again. Posties have been threatened with very severe action if they do this.
It is a PITA as our best postie who we have had for years knew exactly how to deal with items needing a signature. Usually ended up as his. Now even he daren't sign for them.
I offer to take things from them on the road to save them getting out of their van and coming up to the house but they daren't even do this now, they have to take a photo in the porch.

I think parcels are different. I’ve sent letters where the person signing has drawn a squiggle and no name taken. It’s proof of delivery but I can’t prove who took delivery of it.

They don’t take photos of letters, just parcels.

I wish I'd seen it too -thanks for sending TPO, I hope she is doing as ok as is possible and that the rehoming is going smoothly so she doesn't have to worry.
