Its not all work for Armas.... Having a little fun at home in the garden this afternoon. Its strange he will run laps but all ways starts bucking in the same spot !I hope you enjoy watching this.

Now that's beautiful - what a wonderful ride he must be through woodlands. :D
You can see why these breeds still capture people's hearts
Oh and definitely no need to sack the camera man today!

He always bucks at the same spot? I think he doesn't like the chairs... :D

Lovely vid. I love the way he ducks under the trees without breaking stride.

oh wow! What an incredible video - you are very gifted to capture it so beautifully :)

Thank you, I do enjoy shooting video.

:D Doesn't he know he should be working equally on both reins? :p

Dam you are right !

Even when there were no chairs there he would buck in the same spot !

What unsettled him to make him gallop round for so long? No way I would have left mine galloping round for 4mins, would be too scared of vets bills.

unsettled? he's enjoying moving, thats all!

Thanks for posting this, watching my lusitano have a hooley and showing off his moves is the thing I miss the most about him :'( nice to see another horse doing the same thing.

Joke?

My boys fly around for way longer than that, then they get tired and start eating again and then sometimes have another hooley :D that's what horses do innit?

That horse should be doing XC not dressage, the way he loves to run, buck and jump off bankings! Seriously, its interesting how he goes with a naturally high head and neck carriage while working from behind, nothing like he is made to do in the school, it must be a pure release for him to use himself as he does naturally after all the schooling he does. Don't mean that as an insult by the way, just find it interesting to see how a horse works with his natural balance, power and cadence.

I wanna see diddy pony run with him too though, they were the best videos!

Lovely to watch, part of me is thinking I am very glad that I am not your Groundsman having to mow that lawn! I only have 2 acres and I hate having to mow it.

Lovely video, thank you. I really don't understand why you get so much negativity James, very uncalled for. Love your posts, and I learn every time a training video is posted.

Im another who sees a beautiful horse simply having fun and enjoying himself. Just a beautiful video of a stunning horse. thank you for sharing :)

You always get one!
I think he looks stunning, just to see how they move naturally without any restrictions is fab. Whens the next video?

Its me who cuts the grass ! Takes 2 full days  But I rather enjoy it sitting on my Noddy Tractor headphones and a good audio book and working on the tan at the same time.

Thank you :o I am glad that you all liked this little video. In regards to the shetland aka Ersus he has his own escape proof field where he is normally kept. Armas is free to roam as he comes when I call and is easy to catch Ersus is not.
I still bring Ersus up by the house thats when he is tethered.

Beautiful video, i love Armas :) Agree though with the cross-country, have you ever tried it with him? Seems like he would enjoy it the way he gallops round :)
The negative comment was unnecessary, you always get one...

Amazing video, loved every minute!!!
He was moving so incredibly well there it kind of seems a shame to put him back in the dressage arena!
