Looks interesting, my only query is what how they source their meat, poultry, fish and what parts of the animals they are using - but I've a suspicious mind!!

Raw fed dogs,or any dogs come to that,do not require carbohydrates.Basically put..there are no rice/pasta/dog biscuit trees in Africa!

Dogs don't need rice. It hold no nutritional value for them and to have at least 26% of it in a food sends me running.

Sadly the adding of carb sources is all about cost and shelf life. Protein is more expensive than grain and difficult to preserve so that it can sit on a shelf for 6 months, so if you add cheap carbs it keeps the food price down and gives it longer to be sold!
P.S. from earlier in the post going raw you do not always see instant results, the longer a dog and indeed it's family have been on these foods the longer it takes for the benefits of raw to show, so you will probably see some itching, runny eyes etc as the old stuff works it's way out of the system, it took nearly 2 years for my older rescue to get rid of his bog brush coat but now you'd never know how bad it was!
