Effing birds!!!!!!

So I’m feeding my horse linseed meal, he lives out 24/7. I am having dreadful trouble with birds pecking/spreading his poo around the field!!! It means poo picking takes 5 times as long and you can’t always get all of it up. I don’t mind spending the time but the yard staff can’t spend nearly double the time doing it. What can I feed as an alternative?

what is the reason you're feeding the linseed meal? might be easier for people to make recommendations if you can give some details about your horse and what else you're feeding him.

I know how irritating that is, i had it when I fed one of mine bruised oats
