Would like to share their exciting news with their bestest AAD pals...
We have a new house to move to with mummy!!! :D:D:D

Milo would like to add that his favourite boarding mate Buster is here for the weekend as well  :p :D

ets; Flora would like to add that there is tripe for dinner tonight

TO be perfectly honest...I'm pretty sure my lot are more excited by dinner than they will be the new house when they see it! Ah well, if only they knew how much stress and hassle I have been under for the little darlings eh!
BUT it does go to show that all the tit heads out there that go to people like Cayla and hand over their dogs because they 'cant find anywhere to live with them' blah blah blah...are truely just that, tit heads! If I can find a house with four dogs (and no it wasn't easy and yes it is extremely stressful) there is no reason why people with one or two can't do the same. It would have been very easy to have followed advice of all the numpties and rehomed my dogs months ago and found a house anywhere, I would go through all that stress again and again to keep my dogs though. They are worth every last tear shed and all the sleepless nights.

Totally agree with you, people have such pathetic excuses for getting rid of their dogs. Its like the ones who suddenly decide the dog has to go because they are pregnant or have just had a baby. When I had my first baby I had 5 GSDs, and despite suggestions from MIL I didn't get rid of one of them, and surprise, surprise I coped just fine, and the dogs didn't eat her.:p

Actually, this shows you how do-able it is, I found 3, yes 3! houses in my budget that would let me have all the dogs. This was obviously after an awful lot of searching, advertising, ringing around, countless emails etc etc. The other 2 properties where just a bit to far away from the support of my friends which I so baddly need right now and neither were rural which is what I'm used to and is my ideal, one of them was actually sharing (again not my ideal) and the other was a proper skank hole! So even with four dogs, I have been able to afford to be a little bit fussy too! I don't even need to move Fred from his livery yard :D

So pleased for you :) My lot would love to share some tripe but they are stuffed because Dash figured out how to get the lid off the dog food bin and they all pigged out

BTW I have been letting a house to people with pets for 5 years and never had any bother - in fact I prefer pet owners because they seem to be more responsible than average..........

Haha, Tilly says would Dash like to come to stay? That sounds like a trick worth adding to her repertoire! :D

Good for you, I would too if I had a house to let that was suitable, it's such a shame that more don't think the same.

No way! If the two of them get together who knows what they will manage to do (I now have visions of them driving to the feed merchant with my credit card :p)

My cottage doesn't even have a garden so I'm surprised dog people want it tbh but it is on a quiet lane at the edge of a village with fields on 2 sides. I did get the cheapest carpets I could find in muddy paws colour though ;)

Yes and do you know, my Dad and brother are actually going to be proper members of a family and come and stay and help the week I move...so I'm actually almost looking forward to it because finally it will be something I don't have to struggle to do all alone! I'm actually already looking at little jobs and thinking, 'dad can do that for me when he comes over from france' which let me tell you is just bliss to be able to think instead of 'how the hell am I going to do that on my own!' :D

Im so happy to hear this Viizzy:D, and good on you for refusing to let your doggies go, even if it meant you sleeping in some field:eek::D
Im happy to hear your fmaily are helping out to, onwards and upwards girl:)

Haha cheers Cayla, I didnt quite get to the sleeping in a field stage! My plan B if no house by the revised moving date was sending them all up to you until I found somewhere...probably whilst I slept in a field! :p :D SO thank your lucky stars you spiv! :D :D

Ah yes that would be most useful... there are plenty of books they can pack and my lot can start packing up their own toys, beds and stuff this weekend...we may have a chance of moving in time then! :D
