I'm still giggling at all these replies!
I hope some of you other talented artists post your work. Please don't feel embarrassed if you're not as skilled as me.

I couldn't manage an original work and certainly not a horse. However, I have taken your original concept, corrected a few ommissions and added my speciality, people. Hope you like.

Oh thank god. I was quite concerned for the horse that couldn't hear, eat or walk. Now it just needs "bits" so that we know if it needs gelding or not and some nostrils would be good, how else will it smell when food is coming? :)

Bam, I'm sorry but your attempt looks like a 4 yo on speed drew it. Now I dont blame you for thinking it ranks up there with Elsiecat but what you are missing is the style. Elsiecat reflects work from some of the great masters with added lineism whilst yours....
Might I suggest taking up knitting.

I'm sorry paddymonty had to say it, but we were all thinking it.. Sorry bam.

Pffft. You guys wouldn't know talent if it hit you in the face..
-Storms off, sulking with my arms folded-

:p

Oh, I don't know! I think this is a pretty epic masterpiece! Though you might want to get that neck looked at :O it's shorter than Cookies!

Actually, it's a new breed called Shortnecka and it has a really short neck because it's so small it doesn't need a long neck to graze with.

:p

you can see how I've captured the brilliance of this horses style, and the scope he has!!! Look at his smile he has!! - (i'm sure it is a boy horse?)
Also take note, of the amazing red and white jump...

I'm sorry to say it but no effort has been put into that tail at all , I'm sure others are thinking it

Definitely.
You need to work on tails, Fools Motto! :p

Here's my second piece of work - Put so much effort into this.

That is just cosmetic... and, after all some horses do have very whispy tails.
I'd like to see your improvements to my masterful sketch!!

I can see the work gone into that - well done. Chunky chap, isn't he? Does he have feathers - i can't see, must be the invisible long grass he is standing in??!?

Yes, SHE is very heavy. She's out of a chunkehmonkeh mare and is by a bestrong stallion.
She does have feathers but the long invisible grass covers them up. I hope to have her out showing next year. :p

Have no photo's sadly, so you'll have to remember her by this very detailed drawing.. lol

With a healthy dose of cold hosing, grid work and photo shop your horse is starting to show promise over a fence. I think he could be a grand prix jumper with further training :)
