Thanks
I used mine (riding aid) for the first time yesterday, have to say it is brilliant! I put it on loose to start with so it didn't take action, an gradually made it tighter, but not too tight. Did walk and trot work for 10 minutes. Pip went really well in it, no giraffe, no fighting, soft and happy. When I took it off she went the best she's ever been.Got a cracking medium trot out of her! I plan to use it twice a week 20 minutes each time once I've built her up to it.
I can't see from the picture, but how is the riding aid different from a bungee or market harborough type thing?

Its a loop which is place over the horses head and runs through the bit, the loop then has an attachment to the girth.
Cobsgalore - have a look at the third picture down http://www.equiami.com/index.php/riding-aid that is how it is supposed to be positioned
Cobsgalore - Ha ha, a bit of balling twine would do to be honest! Ill see if I can get some pictures tonight for you![]()
If it goes over the head there must be some poll pressure?

The lunging aid does not have any poll pressure .
