I am interested in equine acupuncture/acupressure and would like to try this out on my horse. What are the best books in this area? Let me know your experience of this. Much Thanks.

Are owners allowed to do this themselves??
I thought only vets were able to do it ?
My horse and human physio can give ME acupuncture (fully accredited & trained for it) but is not allowed to stick needles in my horse.

My vet is a qualified equine acupuncturist. He went on a training course with a qualified teacher/practitioner. It really isn't something you can learn from a book.
