Oh nothing new. I'm generally like this in the morning, and again in the evening actually - because of the force that my head was kicked back, then I've damaged all the muscles in my head and shoulders, and it's now spreading to the rest of my back. Not looking forward to rushing to London for the evening after this is over

Yeah, I have had some massage treatment, but it's a little more serious than that, and so am waiting for physio work - which is of course, taking forever to get an appointment for despite me being "urgently" referred!

Nicole didn't look completely comfortable as Buzz was pulling a lot, but that was a very impressive and fast round! Woohooo, well done to Nicole & Buzz. Just love his big ears!

A friend of mine can barely walk and it's seriously affecting his quality of life but he's waiting for ages for physio too..... poor bloke
