She's 1year 1month old, and measured at 13.3 today. Photos included below. Had vet opinion, but how big do you think she'll get?

OMG, she it totally gorgeous !!! She's gonna be a big girl too - give us a clue what the vet said ?? 16 hh -ish or am I way out ?

Tell you what, we can swap for a bit cos i REALLY want your little man!!!

Vet said 16.2. Charity she's from said 15.2.
 
she looks like she has been looked after so may not grow a huge amount, i would guess at 15 hands. bit of a stab in the dark as height of parents not known. my previous mare was 13.2 at 15months and finished at 16 hands but did not have a brilliant start in life and mum was 15.1 and dad was 16 hands. :D:D:D
 
She has never been starved or anything, came to charity in her mums tummy so her growth wont be stinted in any way xxxx
 
I would think 16.2 is more like it - she'll be springing up so quick, and with three plus growing years to go....... she is lovely, looks a true character. Coloureds always the best :D

My boy is just full of himself atm - he's having a month off, there are new girlies in the next field, he's just having a whale of a time. Getting very strong when he puts his head down to go and see said girlies, but we're working on it !

How long have you had her, what's her name ? sm x
 
She's called Puzzle (proper name WHW Puzzle, imaginative eh), we've had her since around march time, and she's got a home for life with us. She's the calmest youngster I've ever met, she's so lush, and I'm having great fun!

Thats alright, I'll fix him, whack a stamp on his bum and send him this way ;)

I never knew that having a youngster was so exciting tbh - so rewarding. Everything they learn, they learn from you and the other horses around, and just watching him interact fascinates me. He may be the smallest in his herd by 2 hands, but he's the head of the group. Mind you, he was only cut at three years old :eek:

It will have to be a heck of a stamp to stick on his HUGE apple bum btw.

Really good that Puzzle has a home for life - Shy will take me into "old age" which is a frightening thought (39 now).

I'd say 16'1 but my worry with my little man is he's 15'2 and only 13 months how big is he going to be..answers on a postcard please :D
 
Haha Puz is a fatty at the moment, but I'm not too worried, its only round her tum.

Ye, it is SO rewarding, like the show on Sunday where I was stood there thinking "its cos of me that she's being so well behaved!"

And my all time favourite is that she comes to me for cuddles =] xxxx
 
BLOODY HELL Charlie, you'll need a VERY big postcard!!! He's gonna be MASSIVE! People on here are saying she'll grow 2-3 hands more, so he'll be....17 or 18!!!
