Have you thought about her going to an Irish rider for a few weeks who would then have the know how and the contacts to get her sorted across the water? I know that anyone who decides to make the move from my OH's yard never has a problem as a personal recommendation from another pro goes far far further than any CV can...
PM me if you want our details as they are always happy to have capable people around esp good riders coming into the season even if it is only for a short while...

My friends daughter was looking for a work experience place while at college & would echo the above.
In the end she got a place with WFP, During the two weeks she was there she got plenty of riding, including tuition. William himself gave her two lessons, & at the end of the fortnight gave her £150 & thanked her for all her hard work.
I know WE isn't the same as WP with own horse, but what a contrast.
