Those of you who use exercise balls for riding related fitness, do you use the appropriate size for your height or one size up? One view says the proper size, for the exercises, the other a size up for sitting on and doing kneeling exercises etc.

Personal experiences?
 
I use one the next size up. The one recommended for my height was too short to do anything like balance on it, as my feet were just too close to the ground :o It was making me tense my feet up to keep them off the floor.
