Oh no - I am so, so sorry to hear this.

I am another who agrees you made the right decision. I too had my old boy PTS many years ago in almost identical circumstances. He was well into his 20's, and I could not put him through surgery. It was such a tough decision to make, but ultimately the right one for him.

It’s awful ? and he was still eventing at be last year and then enjoyed 12 months of playing in the field u know one day you have to make the decision but colic is just the worst , xx
