I bought a horse with a plaque sarcoid on his neck, meaning it wasn't covered by insurance. I paid for a course of Liverpool Cream and it did the job quickly and smoothly.

A mare I had at the time developed sarcoids (possibly from being run down as she underwent surgery for something else) and the vet advised Liverpool cream. They applied it wrong and missed thst there were 3 small ssrcoids in th4 cluster; each vet treated a different set of two.

This angered the sarcoids and more also appeared on her inner thighs. I changed vets and they restarted with fresh Liverpool cream.

The poor mare was in pain and ended up on danolin to help her comfort. They did drop off but I would be extremely reluctant to use Liverpool Cream again.

Chip develope sarcoids when he was rising 3. I bought him in very poor condition (didn't know that at the time) and he was initially kept near forestry (flies) nect door to a fueldnof cattle with warts [on their muzzles].

I've written about his a few times before on here. A big blueberry sized sarcoid appeared on thr shafted of his p3nis and a jelly tot on his chest. I did not want Liverpool cream anywhere near his sheath.

I started feeding turmeric and applying a nappy cream and turmeric mix to the one on his chest. Both got bigger then one day thr chest one was gone but left a fair hole and blood. The one on his sheath sort of deflated then disappeared.

He had a small cluster appear in an armpit at a later date but as they didn't affect anything I just kept an eye. Due to recommendations on here I fed two tubs of Global Herbs Sarc X and bought a bottle of their cream. They disappeared too and touch wood haven't come back. He would have been around 7 at this point and he's 12 now.

Sarcoids are unpredictable and they might have fallen off anyway. His initial two definitely changed at thr exact time turmeric cream and feeding started. Could have been coincidence but I'd certainly try this route before Liverpool cream should I be faced eith sarcoids again.

I'm fairly certain after the minute by minute and pound by pound updates I've posted on here about Vinnie and Chip no one, no matter how much they dislike me, could ever accuse me of being tight with money, time or effort when it comes to my horses.

I try to do what is best for them at all times, and sometimes that means not treating them with harmful substances that can cause extreme pain, as well as not being a guaranteed cure.
