Fairfax vs Prolite Girths and the Difference

HELP!!!

I have had a search and can't work out the different between the Fairfax girth and the Prolite girth - other than the price!! On the Fairfax website it says that it is lined with Prolite and the Prolite website it says that it is manufactured under licence from Fairfax. So very confused!! :D Any one know the difference? Thinking their must be one as a difference of £130!!! Dont mind paying more if it is actually worth it.
 
I have the prolite one and although it's not as luxurious as the fairfax one, it is exactly the same shape (I help them up next to each other) and a nice material, not stiff and easy to wipe down. X
 
I looked at the prolite ones at YHL this year. One one stand it was really supple and soft but on another stand it was as stiff as a board and felt really hard. Don't know why there was such a difference but they were the exact same model.
 
I have one of each, the prolite one is nice and soft. The fairfax feels a little more substantial but both are nice girths.
