Hi guys,
I posted recently about the big fat cob Im taking on from someone. Everyone was really encouraging so I decided to set up this thread and document his journey and see how much he does change.
I dont know if anyone will even find this remotely interesting and it might die a death quickly especially now we are at the early stages but I was thinking of posting pics and updates whenever we have a major milestone. Realisitically Im hoping I wont have him for more than 3 months, maybe I should just get a blog
But Im hoping maybe to get some tips from everyone, this cob thing is new territory for me!!
At the moment he is going through his major makeover and mainly walking up very steep hills with the odd transition to trot to keep him awake. He is going to do a dressage test in 2 weeks, this is more to get him out and see the sights as he has rarely left the yard, than the actual dressage test. Im sure a 4 min dressage test wont kill him even this early!
This is a pic of him last Sat which I posted on the other thread, his first day in a year been ridden
