Favourite horsey movies?

Following on from Seabiscuit being on BBC1, what are our fave horsey movies?
Mine's probably Seabiscuit Wasn't a fan of Black Beauty, I thought the book was much better! So, your turn! xx

I love Black beauty.
The velevet/international velvet films though the latter is very cheesy!

Hidalgo altho it manages to make me cry every time! as do most of the horsey films! lol!

If you can ignore the cheese, International Velvet is always a good one to watch! I also enjoyed The Horse Whisperer, but the movie disappointed me compared to the book.

I love black beauty (1994) but only watch it if i want a good cry, never if i'm selling a horse! International velvet is good too. I wish they'd made a decent version of riders

Seabiscuit without a doubt- I've just returned from being glued to the TV watching it, and no matter how many times I promise myself i'm not going to cry, that last race just shatters me :')

I also love Dreamer, if you haven't watched it I strongly reccomend you do

Chatter happy ponies lol they were really funny,forgot about them

Horse whisper cried at film sobbed buckets at book,really sad.
Ended up with sore eyes and rudolph nose...........

love most horsey films i love intenational velvet, black beauty always makes me cry and i could never sell my boy because of it!

ohh i also love the black stallion movie, the bit where the boy is galloping over the beach

Also just watched Seabiscuit and am still slightly tearful! International Velvet is a favourite of mine especially the bit when she thinks the foal has been sold but when she gets home he's in the field
I actually liked the Horse Whisperer, but prefered the book.
