Hi Guys,
So basically I have a 4 year old native type , we believe she is New Forest X Lightweight Cob with a bit of Thoroughbred in there too. She is about 14.2 and should reach 14.3
So my question is what do I feed her this winter ? She usually comes in at night but this year I'm thinking of leaving her out as have a new youngster who needs the stable ! So what can I feed her to help with her 1st year living out ? And any other tips on how to make sure she is ok in the cold weather ? She will be rugged !
If she needs it I may have to get a bib clip or some sort of clip as I don't want her getting sweaty in work and getting a chill from where she is sweating to much. She will be having some haylage put in her field that's as far as my feed regime is at the moment ! :S
Any help would be much appreciated but could really do with the help !
Thanks in advance !!
