Good as you won't get one. I was called away while making the post which was started before you posted again and made the comment based on what was clearly printed. I won't expect an apology from you either even though I was correct.
LIKE!! lol
Sorry if I was arsey Leviathan!
Basically the sanctuary (which is registered and insured and all above board) Is run by my good friend and I have watched her work herself into the ground. She often survives on one meal and 4 hours sleep as not only does she run the sanctuary, she works and has a family with 3 kids all still at school.

We don't take ferals as a rule as we find them really hard to re-home and we don't have a huge enclosure to keep them in like most centres. We have pens and believe that being kept like that is actually worse than being a feral.
The Industrial Estate where these cats are just wants rid of them-by any means :(
The chap who is in charge of capturing them just couldn't bring himself to take healthy cats to be destroyed and so F and F was their last hope.
We were on a time scale too as the site needs to be cleared of cats within a set period.
Any that we couldn't rehome would have been destroyed.
Sadly to some people they are 'vermin' and 'pests' and are to be dealt with as such :(

I have recieved a rather nasty pm from the OP of this thread.
It is because i asked if the rescue place was a "legit outfit".
If a web site has no land line phone number or address then we all do well to be suspicious. Its basic internet protocol.
As for adoption fees, .well I thiunk they are steep. Maybe other places are too, I havent enquired. However, I can pick up feral cats from several local farms for free, they are glad to get rid of kittens. I can then take them to the vets myself for neutering and vaccs.
I do not and never will buy anytrhing from what I believe to be a suspicious web site. No address or land phone number on a web page IS suspicious as out lined above so I personally would not use this rescue place.
Our local Cats Protection is much more open.
I do not apppreciate nasty pm's when all I am stating is a reasonable concern.
