Don't know if anyone remembers but I have had so many problems at the yard I have been at for four years.
Weve had beds soaked with water daily even when it hadn't rained (checked for leaks etc .. None) nails on the stable floor and obviously very stressed out ponies and even though it was obvious exactly who it was the YO would not act even when other people started falling out with them and then suffering the same as us :(
It was getting to the point where I couldn't even get Mystis headcollar on in the mornings, so we did stake outs but unfortunately never caught her in the act even though people had seen her up there ridiculously late/early being suspicious.
I started to look around for livery then but couldn't find anything :(
It got to the point where Mysti couldn't relax and was getting dangerous as she was so nervous of people which i thought was bad as I never thought the person who was doing it would be capable of hurting a horse but the final straw came when I found a knife in her water bucket and her flat against the back wall of her stable too scared to move forward earlier this week  I suddenly realised if this person is capable of that Mysti isn't safe anymore.
I tried one yard and found out the person was known there and similar stories, so that confirmed it.

The whole rest of the yard was with us (they fell out with this person and suffered similar stuff!) and we called a yard meeting with the YO. He asked us to raise our hands if we wanted her gone .. We all did and 2 days later she came out of his caravan with a smile and we were told she has been given a warning (4th one ..)

So that day we tried a yard we knew had spaces and got told we could go as soon as we like :)

Today was moving day, my ponies hadnt been on the roads before but they walked perfectly down to the new yard (was soooo proud!) with their entourage of 2 horses and 7 people. We had so much help from the lovely other liveries on the yard we've had to leave, they didn't want us to go but understand the position we were put in.
Mysti is the biggest stress head in the world and she went into her new stable and instantly relaxed and later on in the day I went into her new stable and was able to put her headcollar on without her being terrified ... I've got my pony back :D
It's been a sad and happy day, I'm not sure what to think or feel to be honest .. I can relax because my ponies are as safe as they can be which I haven't been able to do for a long time but I'm going to miss the yard and the lovely lovely people who despite really not wanting us to go could not have been more helpful today.

And if the psycopath livery I was referring to earlier is reading as she has a stalking obsession too (she has admitted to coming to my house late at night when she lives miles away, has hacked all my accounts online and slandered my mum everywhere)
You didnt win ;)

That feels so good to let that all out, it's all been bottled up as I know whatever I've said would have been taken out on my ponies but they are now on a very nice secure yard where this woman can never ever touch them again! :D

And if you managed to read that all .. Well done :D

Oh how awful, if only you could have caught them in the act. Wonderful that you finally got out, does the new yo know her name so she doesn't come there.

What a nightmare, and this other livery is apparently a horse owner and animal lover?

After deliberately harming your ponies I'd have reported her for cruelty, what a disturbed individual they must be. :(

Glad to hear that the ponies are happier now!

Yep, new yard owner knows the name :) And its quite scary the amount of yards I went to look at that had stories about her and she had been chucked off them all at some point!

Sounds awful. At that level of intimidation and unpleasantness, once safe elsewhere, I think I would be contacting the police.... Allowing it to continue when there sounds like several yards and many people that know of this person's antics seems madness...

I will be contacting the police even if they just log it it's worth it for the future people she decides to do it to :) couldn't before as it would have been taken out on the ponies .. Scary to have to think that way, our horses are so vulnerable :(

Oh how terrible, reminds me of something that happened many years ago to a friend and her horse after she caught a certain other livery using her horse , said horse started being lethargic and out of sorts so my mate had the vet out who took bloods thinking something serious, turned out the horse was having massive doses of calmer and sedatives courtesy of this disgruntled woman!
Do report it it can't be allowed to go unpunished.

ROMANY 1959 -

Did suspect that she was being fed something sugary as she's very laminitis prone and she was getting footy/pulses despite only having very restricted grazing/soaked hay/fast fibre and absolutley no treats. Everyone on the yard knew that she's not allowed treats and I had a sign up so any visitors knew as well but it was obviously very hard to prove and I did have to stand back and think god I'm being paranoid but since the knife it quite honestly wouldn't suprise me :(

If she has done what you say, you should report her to the police, stalking is taken very seriously, especially when theyre going to the extent of hacking private accounts and staking out your property, this person has a serious problem, i hope now you have moved it settles down. Sadly for this type of person, they'll move onto someone else, you reporting them could help the next person they may target

Blimey she sounds CRAZY why the heck would someone try and harm an innocent animal.. jesus sounds like you both had a lucky escape why on earth hasn't she been kicked off the yard shes at yet?

Glad all went well with the move to nice secure new yard hope you have a happy time there.

I too suffered at the hands of a psycho livery. The strange thing was this person did a very good job of pretending to also be my friend (helping turn out/bring in & giving lifts) it wasn't until things got very sinister & involved other liveries that she got caught out.
She was then seen out drunk one night & admitted a lot of what she had done. Thinking it was all very funny. It wasn't.
I hope things improve for you at your new yard :)

Some people really need to sort their lives out and not ruin yours!

It's nice to know that both you and your pony are happier now :)

Flirtygerty - unfortunately I didn't have the money to put up a CCTV camera and when everyone on the yard got together we asked if he could put some up if he wasn't going to chuck her off but I have a feeling a certain someone convinced him that CCTV cameras are very easy to wreck (i remember a conversation with her years ago on her many ways to break them .. Should have rung warning bells really!) as he wouldn't :( he lets her get away with everything, she had been in actual fights (involving the police) and had her notice which was revoked and 4 other horses/people were thrown off.
And then 2 other times shes had a "warning" and she's had arguments with everyone else on the yard.
She did the best buddies thing with me at first too, couldn't be more helpful giving me lifts, taking me to shows, ordering in bulk deals on hay etc. Luckily me and my mum realised quite quickly and then got told everything that had happened to everyone else before. But still tried to stay friendly to keep the peace, but then you realise it's happening to you as well just because you talk to/help someone on the yard she doesnt like she will have a massive argument with you and then run off to the YO and pretend she's the victim .. It's unbelievable, she's a good 10 years older than me too!

Considering everything she has done, and how many other yards she has been thrown off, one has to ask what she has over you mercifully now ex YO!! Def talk to the police, even now she can probably be spoken to about the online hacking and stalking, I also hope she doesn't try to continue her campaign of hate!!

Haha scotslad23 been very tempted at times but that's exactly what she would have wanted .. Me to get in trouble/be chucked off! So I wasn't going to give her the satisfaction she got when she managed to get rid of all the other liveried before :p

Monty forever, whereabouts are you in Kent. This sounds very familiar as someone who used to be on our yard was very well known locally (except we didnt know at the time!)
