And I am bollopsed! Soooo tired :rolleyes::(

Spent all day staring at screens and sitting at a desk. I did keep getting up and walking around to try and help things along - spent most of a conf call walking up and down the dining room

Back is now Owch!! :( There's a big square of muscle that feels like a board that reaches from side to side.

Whinge whinge whinge whine. On and on and on.:cool::eek:

Are you having physio? I found it incredibly helpful recently. I don't really know whether it made a difference but I had wonderfully gentle private physio, which was much nicer than the NHS physio I had 3 years ago for a broken ankle. Other than that I suggest a nice hot relaxing Radox bath. Look after yourself.

Nice physio sounds good :D

The spinal unit physio was meant to call me on Wednesday... Hm.

a couple of painkillers and a couple of glasses of wine should help ;) maybe it would of been better to ease yourself out of it? x

Yup. You are very so right . I am indeed a plank . I wore it yesterday, even though I 'stopped' wearing it Wednesday lunchtime - a trip to London by train; didn't fancy that without some protection :D

I can imagine how sore you must feel but at least its a step forward, are you still on anti inflammatories to help. Sometimes I find they are the only thing that helps my ongoing back probs, each day will hopefully get better but do TRY not to overdo it Mrs M. Hot choccie with marshmallows and a lovely warm bath and lots of healing vibess

Thank you :D. It's so good to be free of the brace :D. Strange though!

Good point re. the anti-inflammatories :D. I've been on the Ibuleve, but didn't think of it today

I will try and take it easy, I just sometimes forget :rolleyes:

I know, its such a drag remembering to take it easy but worth it if you can just a teensy bit at least?????!!!!

Glad to hear that things are looking up. I expect that your back feels like jelly (without the cream) with the back brace off.

Didn't the hospital mention about a back support just to give you some extra help so that you will at least have some support. I'm no expert but I think I would like a bit of support at times. Don't know if these are any good.....

.... and please be very careful not to overdo things... no lifting bales of hay, wheelbarrows of poo etc etc. I expect you have been told! Perhaps do some gentle floating on your back in the swimming pool, but not the water trough!

I think some soothing private physio would be a great idea.
