Really just a post to say that im taking my boy jumping today!
It will be his and mine first ever comp. hes 9 years old but really hadnt done any proper, constant work before he came to me so after 6 months of getting to know each other and working on what he can, its time to bite the bullet and jsut do it. Otherwise ill put it off for forever!
Hes a big rangy horse, loads of scope but has a tendancy to lean on my hands when a little bit unbalanced in canter, so my plan is too bring him back to trot around corners and get him nice and balanced before each fence.
Dont ccare about getting placed, just want nice clean rounds to start off with!
Better go dust off my show jacket and pray that my nice jodphurs still fit me ...
