hello just wondered if any one can help me draw up a rough fitness plan.
my mare had been in fairly hard workuntil the beginning of december and shes now had around 4 weeks off, im going to start hacking out gently now, and she hasnt losta great deal of muscle tone, but wondered if anyone has a nice easy to follow plan.
problen is i have nowhere to lunge and riding is still going to be faily limited with the problem of no riding after scholl, but if i ams uper organised i may be able to ride 3/4 times a week and once shes been ridden a bit i can start havin some lessons in the evemnings.
unfortunatly it will only be hacking until i can start lessons again as i have no menage or any where where i can school....
so i know its awkward but any advice would be much appreciated..it will atleast give me somewhere to head!
