Bought a fly rug 1 month later developed holes where the straps are sown onto the actual rug so returned it, after a bit of arguing and me being stroppy they took it back and manufacturer agreed it was faulty. Got the same rug in a replacement 2 weeks later guess what....holes again!
The annoying thing is that last year I had a different make of fly rug and it was actually a size too small but never had a fault was fab until my horse rubbed a mahoosive hole in the neck and i had to repair it with plaiting thread. This rug is the correct size and everything, and now the shop informs me that they have had a few returned faulty! So they knew there was something up the first time but were just being a pain in the arse.
