My main concern is the unusal tail action being displayed in most pictures - it would suggest tightness or some other problem in the rear end that is common in the industry.
I think everyone needs to re-think their training methods as obviously everyone is doing some thing wrong! You wouldnt see this in the wild! It is not natural and therefore MUST be cruel.

Maybe start by looking at the bit you are using? he seems to be a bit over bitted and the brush is a really harsh choice. Maybe you could try a vulcanite bone?

yes he is quite a handful, however he was worse in his younger days.... you couldn't rugby tackle him as he was adept at getting his one back leg out of your grasp.
