Ok, so I've just got home from a long day at the vets for an Mri scan on my pony who is bilateral lame in front. You can only see the lameness in trot on the lunge on a firm surface.
The scan seems fairly good with no obvious issues although the specialist still needs to take a look.
The vet mentioned it could just be general foot pain although after 7 hours of hanging about I may have heard that wrong.
Has anyone heard of this? I would have thought that foot pain has to have an obvious area of injury or stress.
I guess i'll have a better understanding when the vet rings tomorrow but i'm just a bit frustrated that I still have no conclusive diagnosis. Although relieved there is nothing horrendously bad going on as far as we can see.
