For those of you who let dogs on your beds

Lila,

I so wish I could post photo's mine poses just like yours :D

Dead cute. Everyone should have a bulldog in their lives.

Lol he poses every chance he gets :D
He flat out and poorly at the moment though :( back the vets in morning to top of the £350 just paid out for him. Might end up in the emergancy vets tonight if he continues though feel very sorry for him.

Lets see some pic's of your LHS

...am I the only one who doesn't let their dog on the bed?

I already have to share with one hairy, snoring, farting stink-beast, there isn't room for another one. As of next week she will have a dedicated dog sofa, however!

Nope BlackCob mine aren't allowed on the bed. It is a superking but they are rotties and just not enough room!! Matty did sneak on if I was ill in bed (well as much a a ridgey can sneak anywhere).
Our first rottie, Holly, used to sleep on the bed when we were away. Head on pillow and all. We knew because when we came home the bed was fur lined in a rottie shape!! :D

Chloe isnt allowed to sleep in the bed when my OH is home. However she has on ONE occasion slept on the end of my bed cos I was home alone and scared!!!! But shes happier in her crate. She does have the whole sodding sofa to herself though!

Popple doesn't just hog the bed, she hogs the remote too!!

:D

I would post pics of ours IN the bed but all you would see is a lumpy quilt
They insists on being all the way under the cover.
When not in bed they occupy the sofa.

so glad i'm not the only one that lets the mutts on the bed - we have 2 cockers and one sleeps right under the quilt between hubby's & my feet other one likes to be a scarf and drapes himself round my neck - saves getting drafts
not so good when they help you skip out the horses last thing and end up stinking of horse poo:eek:
they love going overnight stays in the lorry too and make ace hot water bottles

My poor Ikea loving simplistic life enjoying Husband got one hell of a shock when I arrived with my 3 Rescue Dogs in tow!

And likewise the sofa is not safe either

Mine are absolute terrors and any will take every opportunity to get upstairs to curl up on the bed but they do prefer it when one of us has just got up and its nice and warm!

I have a very clever collie and have always been quite strict with her in a desperate/futile bid not to be taken over by her. As such she was never allowed on beds/sofa etc. But she's 13 now and a bit deaf and I've caught her on beds and sofas all over the place. I am unable to give her into trouble as I'm a bit sad that she's getting on and also hugely impressed that she's hidden her habit for all these years!! Have a couple of crackers of her caught on the bed but can't download them for some reason!!

oooo goodness, new AAD'er with a pack of gorgeous doggies...proper introduction post needed please! :D
