Never have I said that he deserves to lose his horse, please show me where I have implied that. I do question his intergrity over what he writes, but that is different and I have my reasons for that doubt.
What a sad and awful thing to happen, poor Dapohi/
I think the reason that some people were sceptical, is that when JR cmae on here originally, he told the story of getting this TB, keeping her at home, she was living in the garage, he was a total novice, had very little knowledge/ He didn't know how to tie up a haynet and quite a few other things that made people think that it was a wind up, it just seemed so bizarre/ That is why he posted the u tube vid/

So he had an attitude problem and he deserved? Losing his horse?
[/ QUOTE ]
Oh stop being so dramatic. NO one has said that and I think EVERY one is very sorry JR has lost Daphi. The loss of any much-loved pet is awful. It's just that he's not made a particularly good impression (understatment again) on this forum... and by that I mean he was colossally abusive to lots of people who were trying to help. In fact I can't think of anyone who went so apesh!t on HHO without being a troll.

Maybe I am more sympathetic than you, I don't know, you seem quite harsh in your judgements.
I never said you said that! My sentence had question marks after the words.
My only expression was that you seem harsh in your judgement. An attitude and swearing from a person on a forum to me does not deserve what I have read. Compassion and more understanding says more about an individual than what I have read on here.
I'm sorry he may have overstepped the mark with his 'attitude' but I have seen worse on here from many.
IMO.

I see you do understatement as well
It would appear you didn't actually read any of his more 'ripe' comments, because I truthfully do not recall anyone who has been more unpleasant without deliberately trolling... and even then I'm struggling... I'm happy to be corrected if you would like to remind me who it might've been.
This is my take on things; I'm pretty sure everyone feels JR's loss, because we've all either felt it, or live in fear of losing one of our own. HOWEVER, some people just don't like him much, and I think they are justified. You can't hold that against them. So perhaps they should've kept their feelings to themselves, but tolerance, manners, sympathy...it works both ways.
I'm terribly naive in some aspects though, so feel free to pat me on the head and tell me to go on my way

Absolutely understand that. You don't have to like a person to sympathise with their situation. Heck, I have been there before but felt empathy for their loss. But I had the manners (and this does not include you PF) to know that there is a time and a place. You never know yourself what fate might deal you round the next corner. JMO
Oh I'm sure alcohol was involved, but certainly not on my part. If JR has an anger management problem when he is drunk then I think he needs to get help before he hurts someone rather than just being abusive on a PC.

Feck me, you are no bearer of politeness yourself and you bleddy know it. He might have used a few swear words but I would rather be that than think I am some character of perfection. He isn't the first person you have hounded and NO doubt he won't be the last. What is it with you?
I only ever come on here to spout about my own alcoholic dribble once in a while now, but this post has got to me. I have had personal dealing with Jordanross, ScallyJord, or just Jord. I do not like him. I never will, you sting someone once and then leave that person alone, unfortunately I delt with hi quite alot, He has issues that require medication, he is an agressor when on drugs and alcohol, he is a known thief, I wouldnt let him come back to birmingham and allow him access to my car keys, but he did have an undoubtful love for his horse. ONE that should never be questioned, especially by the top dogs of this forum, who seem to have alot of influence on the newbies and the mere relatives of the forum. I do not like him, I will never trust him, but I will say after he sought advice of us horse lovers he did listen, but a picture was made of this person so any ideas or thoughts outside of what this forum made him was inconcievable. I will on this case, take his word, now seeing him weeks after the fact, that Daphi did die, and with that I send out my sympathies. I think you all should, forget the person, remember the horse. I have never seen a bad comment about a HHO member losing a human loved one and there being doubt, its a shame that some of the members who have lost someone, or a horse in very sad circumstances should question it, let alone judge it. I hope that they never have to come under attack when a loved one does. I come on here very little and often now. The ones that have lost with the most forum posts are the ones that get the greater support and their ideas past, yet they are the same persons whom quickly turn and allow and attack people they question. It may of been a strange statement to make from the vet Weezy, I hope you didnt have to come under such scrutiny!!!!
