Landing on your feet can cause a high impact force up your body. I ended up with a broken back and ankle.
Tuck and roll all the way. Easier said than practiced!

Its not a fall if you land on your feet! Its a disgraceful dismount Which is a step up from falling off.

I know it's hard not to but I did it at low speed and even then made a horrendous mess of my knee I'd have been much better landing on my butt or in a ball.
