I took some guys out riding a few years back when I worked at a riding school

They called the girth the belt... I was was quite shocked at first when one asked if the belt was tight enough..lol

stirrups were pedals

According to my BF - 'where do you put the key in?' Says it all really.

Also - reins = stearingwheel / handle bars
a buck = handbrake turn
another buck = 360 handbrake turn........ I dont think he gets it tbh.

My mum always says jacket instead of rug too lol.
