The horse I have on loan is fed x 3 scoops of garlic granules a day, over 2 feeds to help with his respiration. I don't like the granules; they seem dusty themselves and are made of Chinese garlic which doesn't seem very 'green' to me!
I was wondering if anyone who has a horse with bad wind (my boy gets quite allot of mucus but is really well at the moment as he's living out) has any tips for more natural supplements to feed.
I have been reading about Super Soltivax oil with Garlic and Eucalyptus which sounded good but what about feeding straight crushed garlic or maxing up my own elxir?
