General question on weight limits

I don't know anywhere that allows for 16 stone.

Military yard I worked at that offered lessons to the public went to 16st as it had horses capable of carrying hefty soldiers.
Basically drum horses who were holy terrors with no respect for fencing of any kind! ??

It was a couple of years ago, trekking not schooling but they do exist .

Trekking centres would make sense, as would saddle clubs!
