Going to view a horse!

I dont like big horses as a rule but I'd make an exception for him. I always liked him from the day you got him and hes matured really well.

My ID Finn who I imported from Ireland is up for sale from his current home, through no fault of his own.

He might suit you Birker2020

Sorry I've only just seen this I've been so busy today preparing mums car for sale and then the battery went flat so I had to leave the doors and windows open.

I'd been listening to my CD and hadn't realised the light was on either. Oops. Partner is now there trying to charge it in an hour so he can leave it safe!

Immy I'm still waiting for you to reply to my message on What's App, FB messenger, on this thread and the PM I sent you.

I would just pick the phone up and call the number on the advert.

Personally, as you are not currently working, I'd also arrange to be there to try, like yesterday!

Yeah I've asked for a price on him, thanks.

Well, you were so busy yesterday, maybe Immy is currently so busy.

Though you'd already replied about him, so I'm not sure 'only just seen this' works as a valid excuse.

If someone is kind enough to think of you when they hear of a suitable horse for sale and go to the effort of making a post about it for you, it's really rather bad form to make a post publicly calling them out for not having responded to you yet.

It may make other people think twice about being so kind to you in future.

And it’s likely not even Immy she is contacting on WhatsApp and Fb- it’s probably the current owner … who isn’t Immy (as I can’t see why Immy would have given B her multiple contact details from WhatsApp and Fb? Rather than just communicate on here ).

It’s not going to encourage others to give useful personal leads

Well, the horse is 15k, is in Canterbury and yes, it goes in a trailer. :)

Friend of a friend enquired on FB shortly after you yesterday Birker. If you are at all serious, get in the car and drive there.....it's only just over 3 hours from you.

Good luck!

Well assuming no significant vet issues there aren't many of his type on the market at 15K. Especially given he has hunted. The PITA will be weight management by the looks of it, but probably something thats workable for the right one!

I think that is a fine bargain, if he is healthy. I really liked him as a youngster and he looks to have matured beautifully and has a lovely jump!

If I was selling a horse and saw a response like this, I would not sell the horse to that person. Too much potential hassle.
Well good for you.

Suggest you stop jumping on me all the time like a pack of hyenas.

It's super frustrating when you ring and leave messages and no one gets back to you.

Then you leave text messages (as requested) and still no one gets back to you.

You want to try being a buyer! It's not just buyers that waste time you know.

He's out of my budget. End of.

That's the very last time I'm going to mention any horse I'm looking at. It's just not worth the hassle. Every single time I write anything at all I am jumped on. It's super tiring.

P.s Immy is not selling the horse.

It is very good for me.

Last week, whilst i was busy with customers, I had somebody phone eleven times in ten minutes. Somebody else beat that, by calling sixty times that morning. I was busy. Then the bloody emails start. I ignore people who do that, it's rude and those are the exact people who will complain about sod all and never actually buy anything.

It is an astounding level of entitlement.

You do rather bring a lot of this onto yourself by your attitude. Who the hell posts a demand for a response to an enquiry on a public forum?
