good centre for a short training break

Can anyone recommend a good centre for a short training break? Based in the Midlands so don't want to travel too far - somewhere with lessons with a recognised trainer and with hacking?

Do you want dressage or jumping? I know a few people who ride at Jill Carenza's place in the Cotswolds and they love it.

I rode at Jill carenzas and was lovely hacking and a good.place if you want to hunt, not sure about the training side?
