Good under rugs?

I have a weedy TB and every rug seems to slip back on him, they all seem huge around shoulder/neck area!!!
So any suggestions would be much appreciated

go to horserugs4u.co.uk or could be .com not to sure but i got a fantastic kingshead under rug for my yrling its only 100g but it does under a turnout etc and it was only about £15 hasnt slipped back yet and he is also small as he's so young, x

I like Amigo stable rugs for under rugs, as they have shiny lining and outer they always seem to stay in place. I don't think they are huge round the neck either, and they fit in our washing machine so easy to keep clean

It's sometimes worth sewing darts either side of the neck opening to reduce it. It's what I do for my narrow 2 year old who's in 6'6" rugs. Easier with some rugs than others obviously. I've been using a Rambo waterproof liner under my thicker t/o rugs. It's light enough to dart the neck, fits in the washing machine, is nylon lined and fits nicely under all my rugs - even though it's designed to go under a Rambo fly rug. Rug liner

My TB lives in Weatherbeeta rugs, they seem to fit him really well and don't slip back at all.
