horse prices seem pretty nuts at the mo , but lots seem not to be selling too , so i'd like your opinion on what you really would pay for a certain type of horse
a friend of mine has got quite interested in dressage after me encouraging her but now her ambitions have outgrown her horse which has arthritic hocks & breathing problems
she would really like a horse like mine ( she can't have him! ) basically he rising 12 , very well behaved ( ridden , handling , travel , comps etc ) verging on schoolmaster with Bd points at novice , recently won an unaff elem champ & is having his first BD elem outing at start of feb
i think she won't be able to find something like him at an affordable price but she does want something with experience
so , what would you guys say is a realistic price to pay for
1. a horse like mine
2. a horse essentailly like mine in temperament & ride but say been competing prelim & done well & maybe ready to move up to novice
she wants a horse about 10-12 years old that is a bit of a got the t shirt type that will help her learn as opposed to throw challenges at her
thankyou!!
