What happens if you have an ongoing subscription? How can they credit you for copies you haven't recieved. I am still waiting for 2 copies from before Christmas.

I have just received this week's (2 days late). As requested in the OP I have emailed H&H several days ago and received an automated response - but no specific one as promised.
I noticed yet another subscription offer in the mag - cheaper than the subscription I am paying, and have paid for years (been a subscriber for 20+ years) and offering a free jacket as well! and lots of information there about "managing your subscription"
As to the comment above about it being Royal Mail's fault and mags not having any clout with them - er, sorry, but they are paying Royal Mail to do a job - I would suggest that if they are not delivering according to their contractual obligation, there should be penalties in place. It's a poor excuse I'm afraid.
Oh, and this week's mag is another skinny version - it used to be only the Christmas week edition which was that thin!

I haven't bought, or even picked up and thumbed through in the newsagents, the last 3 copies.
