Nutritional value by now?? or will this spell of warmer weather give it a bit of a kick start again...Mine are in a horrid paddock atm want to change them into other field but don't want this totally wrecking but if grass is now of no nutritional value I might as well chuck em in...

I have always been told that around sept/oct time the grass gets a second kick of sugar to it,so lami beware, but my grass is rubbish and have two section a's waiting for me to come in each evening

mine is growing fast. All the paddocks are looking bright. In fact have had to reduce the area the horses are out in.

I appear to have no grass whatsoever except that my 3 are looking great.

They get a wedge of hay each, morning and night to give them something to chomp on, so what little grass there appears to be, it's obviously rather fattening!

Grass actually grows all year round but inthis country has a temporary form of dormancy in August.Right now it is kicking in again a bit like spring grass.
