This is where you went wrong.
You should have gotten a long stick, stuck a cut out shape of a carrot on the end, sold it to the lady for £59.99 and told her to hit the horse with the friendly carrot stick when it napped (it is ok to hit the horse with a friendly stick - if the stick has a carrot stuck on it the horse will know it is a friendly stick and not a mean stick) and then horse will be cured.
