Hello there. First of all, I would like to introduce myself, since it`s my first topic here.
My name is Reinis and i`m 30 years old, from Riga, Latvia (Baltic states). I`ve been in the saddle for some 16 years, owning my own horse, and i`m Amerigo and Kieffer trained saddle fitter and salesman in Baltics. I`ve completed saddlery re-flock and fitting course in Cumbria school of saddlery (UK) by wonderful tutor David May and later i`ve been trained by Amerigo and Kieffer in fitting, repairs, etc.
While working with horses and saddles, i`ve noticed a growing interest in bit fitting amongst my customers. Since it`s also a topic that I found interesting for myself, i`m currently looking into taking a course/training in bit and bridle fitting.
Since i`m from Latvia, I would like to find something in Europe - most likely UK, since I just love the people there and overall attitude. I`ve stumbled across NEUE SCHULE bit fitting and academy and as I`ve heard, they`re pretty good at this. What`s your thoughts? Should I train by Neue Schule, are they any good or should I find something else where to learn?
Any recommendations? I only can afford to take courses that last maximum for one week, since my options of spending extensive time offshore are limited.
Thanks in advance, excuse me for possible grammar mistakes, since English is not my native and have a nice day y`all!
