Help! How do you post a short video clip?

As in title. I've got a clip saved to my laptop from my phone and also loaded into You Tube but can't for the life of me get it to load into the forum! TIA

open it in youtube, and either click the "share" option below the video player, or copy the link from your address bar. then paste into a post.
