I'm just starting the process of looking for a new pony for my daughter:):)

She has a 8hh shettie who has been an absolute star the past 2 years, but she's now ready to start going on the lunge etc (shettie is a complete lead rein tots pony) so we have decided to find him a new little person to teach and find her a new best friend.

I've been looking but the 100% kick along confidence giver type we want (11ish hh) and they seen to be up to £2000

I'm sure we don't need to pay this sort of money were not bothered about showing etc she just wants something to pamper, and have fun on that will forgive her mistakes as she learns to ride off lead rein that won't be spooky or un nerve her.

Anyone want to help pony search?!?!

Age, looks not important although would prefer a gelding so it can go in the same field with my horse.

Anyone?!

Thanks x

This one sounds ideal but unfortunately haven't got £2000 :(

I found our current pony, by putting an advert on preloved, that we were looking for a lead rein/first ridden, had a few silly replies, but on the whole, most were very genuine little ponies, and we were looking to pay no more than £600 but in the end paid £900 for our chap as he was just to good to loose.

Good luck
