eat little and often is the best way, also breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day and dinner should be the smallest. so eat a big breakfast (I always make my own porridge- cooked apples or banana, brown sugar, peanut butter!), then a piece of fruit 2-3 hours after. then a healthy lunch (salad, chicken, home made soup etc), then a snack 3-4 hours after then a small ish dinner! if your mum does not want to cook different dinners then just ask for smaller portion.

dink tones of water! its sooo good for you and also helps keep your skin clear. even if your not thirsty just go and drink a glass of water- it also helps hunger pains. im 17 and have been drinking green tea since I was 15. 1 or 2 cups a day does wonders for your health and skin. im 5'2 and almost 11 stone- I dont think im ever going to get under 10 stone because Im heavy boned. I dont feel the need to loose weight at the moment because im happy with the way I look and so should you be
