Never mind then...deaf ears and all that. Good luck, OP.
Yes, it has. I'm currently doing some meal plans and am going to try and have a banana when I wake up one morning, with a glass of soya milk, then I might start making some homemade smoothies, like carrot and pineapple (sounds gross but its honestly lovely) then as the weather gets cold I will have porridge. I'm gonna ask my mummy to get me some dried fruit to snack on at break/snack throughout the day (but ill be careful because of sugar) I know when I get home from school ill eat a packet of crisps or something to snack on because I'm always hungry at 5. Then for dinner I will try and eat more vegetables and meat and keep carbs down. Not cut them out, but just not stuff my face on them either.
I do use myfitnesspal all the time and log my calories and exercise.
However, like I have said I won't be exercising much for the next few weeks because of my back, and in winter I just tend to go to the gym after school and go on the cross trainer (my highest thing has been burning 300 cals in 30 mins) and do some core stuff, like holding body weight up, sit ups etc.
For lunch I will try and have some kind of soup with salad as well![]()
Really, I just lack motivation and want some support to help me keep up with this 'lifestyle' I'm sure ill loose weight feeding in the freezing cold anywa
At your age, you don't want to be listening to all sorts of advice from all sorts of people online (not that any of it is necessarily wrong, but because it works for one it doesn't mean it'll work for you) and potentially causing yourself more problems in the future.
Congrats Vickijay, that is a fantastic accomplishment, esp in a pretty short amount of time. Wow.
