Help pls... new pony vetted passed now crook... What do I do.. Long winded but advise

Jack's Mum, in answer to your question about does the pony the instructor describes sound perfect, no it doesn't.

But it does actually sound very nice, if a little nervy. There are plenty of horses (including my first share) who do way worse things than that and are fine for first-timers (if they can already ride a little).

I'm pleased to see you are taking responsibility for the first pony you bought (as well as enjoying the second). Please bear in mind if you are going to rehome the first that actually it sounds like a perfectly good little animal (subject to vetting) for a semi-competent little rider.

Your little man may be more suited to something calmer just for now but this little pony could make another child very happy.

By all means complain if pony was mis-sold but please keep in mind that it isn't pony's fault and that, if you come to rehome pony, it isn't a 'problem' animal, just not suitable for nervous novices.

have a lovely summer with your little man and the pony/ies.

I've been reading this from a distance and feel you are heaven sent for Bee and that I'm really pleased you and your son have a happy ending too - karma for sure. I hope you all continue to enjoy and I'm sure you'll continue to do 'the right thing' for all ponies involved :)

Just to let you all know our darling BeeBee has been offered a permanent place at an Animal Sanctury to spend the rest of his days, he goes tomorrow.. very mixed emotions about it.. however we will continue to sponsor him and know he will be safe, they do not loan, lease or rehome. or try to ever ride them.! It is just down the road from where my mum lives and they have promised Jack can visit whenever he wants too... Thank you everyone for your support on here x

Very pleased you're taking responsibility many wouldn't by continuing to sponsor. Good luck to both ponies and child.
