He's probably not far wrong
Have just had him marching around the house and the up and down the yard on the lead, practising his heelwork. The car park at work is completely ungritted, and the snow has been compacted into an ice-rink - it is awful to try and walk across, particularly as it also slopes! I genuinely find it scary - I have never been much of an ice-skater. He has nearly had me over today, especially this evening when one of the other dogs was having a leg stretch in the car park. I had to let him go, and then he was having so much fun playing with his buddy (another spangle, wouldn't you just know it) that he wouldn't come back
So tomorrow I am going to have to use my walking pole to get into the office, for which I will have the piss ripped out of me, and we are going to use this as an opportunity to work on heel.
I have also told him if he carries on like this I will send him back to the rescue centre. He looked suitably stricken by this... I bloody well meant it at the time, too!
