My big stupid TB has slipped over in the field during a thunder storm on the greasy surface. I gave him a good once over (just qualified as human physio). His back is sore so massaged it and released a few knots and in his shoulder, and some gentle stretches which he enjoyed.
I have kept him in today and overnight, and put some ice cool gel on him in his sore places.
He is about 5/10ths lame in trot but not too bad in walk tonight. I am thinking of keeping him in for another few days until less lame as he does hoon around. I will just walk him out on yard for a few times rather than turn out in field.
What would you do? In or out?
Thanks
