any recommendations for horse transport to local show and back, inc waiting time? (cheshire area)
for 1 horse & 1 pony

Mustang nr Chester.
Strongly built 3.5t Marlborough stallion boxes. I'm very fussy as to what I'll allow my horses to travel in, but have no hesitation in recommending them.
They do self hire plus transport with a driver.
Mustang are worth a call to find out. If they can't they work with the other transporters in the area so will be able to recommend someone else if they can't do it.not sure it’d fit them both payload wise as the horse is 17 hands

You don’t need a special license to tow anymore. Barlows may have something bigger than a 3.5, I don’t think you’d get a driver thoughThanks all
trailer would be fine but don’t have a car to pull one / no trailer licence
Probably not then, but there would be plenty of room for the 17hh solo, which is not true of all/many 3.5t boxes. They have travelled heavy horses.not sure it’d fit them both payload wise as the horse is 17 hands
LT Equine transport. That’s my yard owner and she is fab. Has a 7.5 T lorry or a trailer. Looks after the horses really well. Super friendly. Happy to taxi, wait and return. I’ll be using her to transport Amber and foal as I dare not drive myself with such precious cargo!
thank you! Does she have a number or website? I don’t use fb x
Yes - pm me and I’ll put you in touch with her x
Jen is fab, I had forgotten about her actually!Strong recommendation for Jen of Pony Pick-ups. She uses a trailer and pick-up truck, so a lot more payload than a 3.5t lorry.
