Horses for sale

Its not my horse! Its my friends was just curious as to what people would think of the price. It is advertised at £16,500.

And I agree if I have that sort of money I would go for a proven intermediate horse because you can get them for that price

That would be why it's still for sale then

I don't think its worth any more than half that, and even then only if safe and easy for Junior/amateur.

A LOT of money- could buy a very talented 5 year old for that that had about 7BE points, and done 5/6 Novices clear!Indeed there are a lot around now at that price that have been advertised as such.

H&H Today: 17hh 9 year old ISH - Competed BE 2 seasons, Won twice PN, placed numerous times PN and Nov - 9 BE points - sensible - £9k

Advertsing in H&H they will prob expect about £7-500

I think £16-500 is LUDICROUS!!! I could buy a solid Grade B SJer for that!

they only just brought it to bring on from my friend - i didnt really thingk about letting you know it was for sale!!! they'l sell it on for stupid money no doubt once its done a couple of intros.

LOL- check out the 17 hand 11 year old eventer for sale in Europe on page 107 for £35,000.

You would think that if they were selling a horse for that amount of money they would at least try and word the advert better with proper English grammar!! The ad tells you hardly anything! Yes you sort of get the gist of what they are trying to say, but still...

Seeeeeeee I said you could buy a solid Grade B for under 16-500!!

Will look for SJers, TBH I only tend to look at grey horses until I have time to read them all!

Whats the budget?

Theres a neat little coloured which Dag Albert is selling

but there are some exceptional Novices including a Novice Champion with the Fredericks'

I think you will find that the former novice champion has had significant time off since winning which is probably why it is in there!!
